Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 2026
At rocalian.cl we only use technologies strictly necessary for the site to function. This page details which cookies or tracking technologies are present and for what purpose.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They can be first-party (same domain) or third-party (external domains). Some are essential for the site to work; others, optional, serve analytics or personalisation purposes.
Technologies we use
Umami Analytics (no tracking cookies)
We use Umami, an open-source analytics platform self-hosted on our own infrastructure (Raspberry Pi). Umami does not use cross-site tracking cookies: it measures visits via an anonymous session identifier stored in memory that expires when you close the browser. No data is shared with third parties.
YouTube videos (youtube-nocookie.com)
Some pages include YouTube videos embedded via the youtube-nocookie.com domain, designed to reduce tracking. However, when you play a video, Google may set functional cookies in your browser to remember playback preferences. These cookies are subject to Google's privacy policy.
What we do NOT do
We do not use advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not sell or share visitor data with advertising networks or data brokers.
How to manage cookies
You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies at any time. Steps vary by browser — check the Settings or Privacy section of your browser for details. Note that blocking YouTube cookies will prevent embedded videos from playing.
